Strategic Consultancy

Our consultancy team comes with career experience at the top level in local government - and an in-depth knowledge of the agenda in the Adult Social Care and Health sector.

We work with clients to design and implement strategies that will make difference to adults requiring social care and health support. Our work reflects the current transformation and financial agenda and is refreshed as required by the national direction of travel.

We have worked extensively with the London Borough of Bexley and their strategic partners, designing and assisting in the implementation of their Change Programme. We have also worked with Somerset County Council assisting with the shaping of their transformation blueprint.
