Ophira's whole systems approach emulates the "Putting People First" ideals of personalised care and bridges the traditional realms of social care, health, and housing. We have developed an approach to Self Directed Support that is grounded in person - centred support based on an equitable resource allocation model.

We believe our unique approach to this has the potential to provide local authorities with the tools to implement the wide reaching changes needed by the "Putting People First" agenda. Our approach enables tight fiscal control, providing efficiency savings through streamlined processes that are critical as personalisation establishes itself in the current economic climate.

Our whole systems approach has been captured in the Social Care Subscription which we have developed in partnership with Learning Pool, the only online learning community dedicated exclusively to the public sector providing e-learning courses, a managed learning platform and community-led social learning solutions designed to support organisational change, improve service delivery and build capacity in an efficient and effective way.

Our assessment tools include resource allocation and have been incorporated into the Liquidlogic Integrated Adult System to provide a start to end process for personalised care management.
