Ophira is dedicated to enabling our customers to deliver quality care and value for money through unique customised solutions. This combined with our e-learning Adult Social Care subscription developed with our partners Learning Pool delivers specialist support with the transformation and modernization to local authorities, health trusts, the third sector and private organisations.

Our integrated services span clients' immediate needs - such as workforce development and training through our e-learning subscription or policy development - as well as their longer term requirements: service improvement, strategic consultancy and promoting efficient management of resources.
